And we can announce that in first place is the Lancia Integrale and in second place is the Escort Cosworth. Neither of which ever took part in a hot-hatch group test and are not hot hatches in the given sense!
Why the thumbs down. The results will be what the MAJORITY of people voted for, that's the entire point of voting. It shows what most people want.300bhp/ton said:

1. Isn't that rather childish2. What thing in what thread?
2. Not sure exactly, it was something about bluff noses (which i no longer care about)!
I don't whine about people, i just get them back.
Back on-topic. What now? Do you create a list of results, or a poll of the most nominated?

last time I did it in two stages but I think it produced a lot of work and maybe confused some. This time I'll just use the vehicles listed in this thread as nominations and count up the votes for each. I've already compiled the results although I need to finalise them and resolve tie breaks if there are any and such. I've got half an article written already too. Once done I'll send it in to PH towers. If they don't want to publish the results on the front page I'll post them up in the forum somewhere.

I think a lot of people were under the impression that these were just nominations for a poll and so may not have nominated something if it had already been suggested a few times. I may be wrong.I've already compiled the results although I need to finalise them and resolve tie breaks if there are any and such. I've got half an article written already too. It shouldn't be too much work to put the top 10-15 in a poll and let people vote. I say that, but it isn't going to be me doing it so feel free to ignore me.

Mostly owned all of my suggested, therefore commenting on own experience.
Following in order:
1. Peugeot 205 GTI 1.9 (Sublime Handling, Good power, Best Handling FWD car by far bar one)
2. Lancia Delta HF Integrale 16v (Extremely quick, not a lot touches it on acceleration, Grip was 10/10)
3. Citroen Saxo VTS (Loopy 1600 engine, the one I had went like sh*t of a shovel for what it was)
4. Peugeot 306 Rallye (I would say one of the best balanced cars ever made)
5. Alfasud Cloverleaf (On a par with the 205 GTI in handling, great engine noise from the boxer )
6. Renault 5 GT Turbo (Wasn't the best handler, but shot a smile on your face once it boosted)
7. Alfa Romeo 145 Quadrifoglio (Quick in a straight line, handling was awesome thankful to OEM Quick rack steering
Thats my Top 7, however I chose to not Include an Integra Type R DC2 that I owned Previously. I bought one due to the fact of hearing it to be the FWD messiah, gladly dissapointed was I.
