I turned 25 back in July. At the time, I remember thinking 'oh good, I'll be able to enter the PH competitions now'. Good luck to those who are elderly enough to enter!

Anyone know if PH does anything to prevent spammers ruining everyone else's chances of winning? I say this because I've never won and must therefore assume I'm being cheated out of their excellent prizes by total bar-stewards.
