If Mansory had designed that rear on some one-off customer car, you'd all be throwing up in your mouths!

I seriously hope these pictures are somehow warping the car in some way, that profile shot is even worse than an Audi R8, which I have long held to be the ugliest "supercar" on the market.

Everybody hates the MP4, but I love it. The side profile on that has almost exactly the same proportions as a Diablo, effing lovely IMO.

Seems to me they based the styling purely on everybody's complaints that the 12c was too boring

I guess I'll getmecoat

The back looks gorgeous, but if I'm being picky, the glass house looks too tall in the front view photo. Far better than the MP4-12C though.

Nice to see they’ve cut down on the number of letters and numbers in the model designation too…

yep... that would be some of the same numbers and letters that were on Senna's F1 cars, wouldn't want any connection with those.

They've integrated the McLaren logo into the front lamps. Nice touch.
Shame it's such a bks logo. They don't even run it prominently on their race cars or driver's overalls.

Marlboro Project 4 isn't exactly a name I'd want on my car.

Hamilton and Button will probably want one of these if they stay on at McLaren.

I thought that at the weekend when I was at Silverstone and someone had a McLaren Automotive jacket. It's not a great logo, but it's usable.

It's silly that the F1 Team don't use it, because all their merchandise is just advertising. The only reason I don't have a rocket red tshirt is because it's barely recognisable as McLaren.

While if it came with a dancing donkey on the bonnet the critics would be rubbing one out over it.

The front looks a bit Downs Syndrome to me. Not a PC term, I know, but I can't think of any other way to put it.
Massively inappropriate comparison. I hate pc but that just ain't right on a public forum dude!

I'm sorry, but don't think it'll redefine anything, let alone design. It's a mess of unnecessary detailing without a general line other than bling. And most of all, it is nowhere near F1's purposeful looks.

Most of the styling probably has an aero purpose.
