It's the wrong fuel and wrong colour, but you get the feeling it's worth more in parts alone.
And then there's this little beauty, at just over twice the shed budget it's about ten times the quality of any SOTW I've ever seen. I can't remember the last time I saw a 190E this clean and sensibly priced. No battered and abused Cosworth rubbish here.

As for the 190E - I have seen better examples. And would look nice with the OEM indicators, not the clear ones.

My 530d was a manual, which is why the mpg was better. The W210 just seems like a bigger, heavier car to drive.Having said that, it's pretty good for what it is, just these annoying faultsd have put me off them!

That will run on Bio Diesel for definite so about a £1 a liter to buy, or sub 50p if you can be bothered to make it yourself, or i think it will run on straight veg oil from the shop.
In any case fueling it will be cheaper than running on £1.40ish a liter pump diesel......
But....its a load of rubbish i had a '98 230 avantgarde as a company car when i was 19....when i got told about it i was over the moon, then it arrived...in purple with the fake MB leather which was like sitting on plastic and made you sweat like a pig, then it started going rusty after about 3 months, the gearbox was super dim witted and my god was it slow. I wouldnt touch this shape of E under any circumstances.
The '88 190E 2.0 Auto in gold that i had before was a much better car, even with the windy down windows
