Ah a Cosworth . Is there anything it can't make kickass?
My favourite engine by far its such a versatile engine that fits so well and looks awesome in whatever its in. Even in an RX7. Remember Redline magazine a good few years ago featured one. Blasphemy to some but to me its just making a great car more awesome LS2 engined 350Z

Long live the Cossie YB!
Link here to a PHer who's in the process of a 'car' transplant, as against just engine. It's one of the best readers rides on PH, well worth a read http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

Ls1 S2000
O RLY?
Bike engined X1/9 is pretty rapid! Probably one of the only cars here that can drive/corner better post-swap too.

What was that Lexus v8 engined Omega I saw in Evo a few years back?
Not that mental. Opel got as far as doing Autobahn testing on a V8 Omega but they couldn't keep it cool enough on long runs for production. Will try to dig the issue out in the absence of someone with an infallible memory.
Posting on iPhone here and I can't be bothered trying to post pictures but...
We built an LS1 Omega where I used to work, it was so incredibly easy to get the engine in and mounted.
We also had a customer who had a 106 with an RS Turbo engine in the back.
Before I started there was a customer with an Aston V12 in a Jag XJS.
Will try to post pics of the omega when I'm not at work.
I've also seen a W12 VW Fridolin but can't find the link now
