Monaro VXR

About 210 miles to a tank, but mainly because I drive everywhere in 3rd listening to the noise.

Have seen 300 on a run down South, but was a really boring drive.

Atom 110 miles @ £27-32
Maserati <200 miles @ <£120
SLK 250 <600 miles @ <£80

All run on V-Power P or D.

I love that little SLK.

Around 300 in my VXR. Only had my Astra 888 diesel for 4 days, but the one time I've filled it so far it reckoned between 575-600 on the computer. Not sure thats entirely accurate though. It's probably good for 450-500 I think. Don't really know though!

My Golf - 240-260 miles in everyday driving, but will stretch to 480 on a gentle motorway run.

OH's 116d - around 450 miles on average, have seen over 600 between fills on longer runs

Mk1 Leon Cupra-R about 250 miles. I reckon I could do well over that if I switched off the air-con and drove like saint though, but y'know...

Saab 9000 2.3 FPT - OBC has claimed 600+ miles when I have been doing motorway cruising at 65, but don't think I have stayed on the motorway long enough to achieve it. Around town start stop cold weather then it has got down to the low 200s - £70-80 to brim the tank from fuel light.

TVR S2 2.9, not sure as the odometer doesn't work and the fuel gauge has a mind of its own hehe would suspect 200-250 miles from a tank though.

Saab 900 T16S with a few tweaks - between 200-300 dependant on driving.

Porsche 996 -> 200-320 miles depending on how it's driven (c.60l)

Citroen DS5 -> So far, only around 450 miles (c.55l)... I'm hoping this is going to significantly improve as I get some miles on it as my previous 2.2tdci Mondeo managed over 600 on 70l

I was chatting to my brother about the disappointing economy of the DS5 earlier in the week and he told me his 59 plate 320d ED normally does 750 miles on a tank (65l), and once managed over 900.

Twingo GT - I can get it to around 330 miles. Usually only get to 280 miles before I fill though.

My 320D Efficient Dynamics can see 1000miles range easy on the computer after a fill up and on a long steady run.

I have had 950miles out of a tank after a week of running up and down the motorway at 65mph. Not bad for a 160bhp car.

Would still sacrifice a few mpg for better looking wheels!

Skoda diesel always at least 600 miles for only 46 - 48 litres. Best of 750 miles. Now got 183,000 miles on clock. In theory it has suggested up to 910 if I could drive like a granny for that long.

V8 petrol Grand Cherokee dire. Averages 19 mpg but fun. Some of that is towing horse trailer. Seems to have a small tank for such a guzzler.

Bentley gets further than Jeep but costs a fortune to brim it. Think best I've managed is 400 miles on recent 3,000 mile Euro trip.
