They are from a 1988 to 1992 pre facelift Cavalier, specifically either the GSI2000 or Turbo models.

Much preferred the earlier lights before Triumph consolidated all rears to look like the 2000. GT6 Mk1 here, for example:here's mine, in its usual pose... I also like the lights on the car next to it any guesses?

MK3 Fiesta lights were used by early Cerberas and Chimaeras, with a lens cunningly covering them to disguise the humble origins. Like so on my old car:
