Isn't "is it a girl's car" a bit of a puerile question, or am I just showing my age? Get a grip PH.
No, it's a good excuse for a bit of light hearted banter.Nothing wrong with that.

Some odd comments on this vehicle, like its not big enough, not everybody wants to drive a HGV when something easier to drive about town or down small country lanes is a far better prospect to squeeze though gaps, and park.Hate the colours shown white or black best.Good to buy SORT OF BRITISH,HA,HA.

When I watch an ad on TV, I pay no attention to the 'celeb' that fronts it. I'm only interested (if at all) in the product... not the stupid hype. Ms Beckham had ZERO influence on my decision to buy one for my wife. The test drive did that.

But why get past the Beckham thing? It's at the core of the question. It generated thousands of column inches in the motoring press, national press and women's press which has had a direct correlation to the sorts of people I see driving them round London, Namely yummy mummies, bankers' wives and wealthy gay 40 somethings. There's nothing wrong with that - but it's a fact.
Yes and because I'm not in those segments, I'm oot. Holland & Holland or Overfinch RRs would hook me though.

But that demographic often have plenty of disposable and like nice things - stylish flats, expensive eateries and nice cars. Why not?
