My first car was a Fiat 127.Radio Cassette Player was located under passenger side glovebox. Not an ideal location for a 17 year old driver who needed 100% concentration on driving !

I'm not sure what's better, the location of the radio, or the sinclair spectrum inspired interior?

Another one that was aimed at the passenger was the mk 2 marina, even better you had to trim off the top right corner to fit it into the space on the dash. Pure madness.

This is the book I had (Have? Must be somewhere!) - it contained plenty of very 80s awesomeness much like the above!

Must have been on plenty of PHers bookshelves?
I STILL HAVE THAT BOOK! It's utterly awesome. Oh the 80's craziness...

My favorite is early range rover - to the right of the steering wheel
"Kids, you can fk off, we are listening to radio 2" - NOBODY else gets to change station

Doesn't this have two radios - one for the driver + front passenger and a second for the sprogs / grannies in the rear? Mad as a box of frogs that....

Seems as if Lamborghini went from one extreme to the other with the Espada. In the S1 it was on the passenger side but, on the S3 it was to the outside of the steering wheel on the drivers side !

Glad you have the Alfa 75 in the rogues gallery, i have owned 3 and its the most stupid position for a radio ever! But then again when you see where the electric window buttons are on an Alfa 75 (when you finally find them), it makes sense...

Maybe this was a reaction to irrate customers complaining about being at the mercy of their companions station choises? "You wanta control the radio? Here´s a radio for you!"
