No pic but my 2001 Lexus IS200 just ticked over 100,000. Been in the family for 11 years.

Good work. I had my old Punto tee'd up to show 123456 789 but by the time the trip got to 789 I'd forgotten all about it.

Went for a drive in Wales in September.

Didn't notice this until I started her up the following morning, must've hit 100k pretty much exactly as we pulled up on the drive from an awesome weekends hoonage. . smile

Took a bit of planning, luck and a few nervous moments, but I managed to record this moment for posterity today.

Not bad considering I've had it from new.
You really should have posted that at 11.11am and as said on the 11th of nov!
Interestingly enough 11th november is the corduroy appreciation day, the most important day for them was a 3 yrs ago 11/11/11. Are you trying to tell us something?

I remember 80's cars 100k really would be the nackers yard but now its really nothing for a modern car.

Meh... the land rover was built in 1983 and has 178,000 miles on it. It's barely run in wink

I remember even in the 1990s brand new Fords having 5 digit odometers....
Whoever decided that was sufficient wasn't very optimistic!

A Citroen Berlingo van that has never been washed smile

Had since new and used as a work horse and taking super-bikes to and from France. Nothing is yet to go wrong other than the starter motor.

I'll raise you 90k on that but sadly this was one of the pictures of our Berlingo, which we had from new, I used for selling it when the engine had failed - probably a little end but didn't investigate fully once I realised it was pretty terminal.

2000 V70 xc 70 2.4 T auto - bought at 112000 miles a year ago and now on 119000 miles.. about 150 pounds spent on service with a drive belt and a mite more in petrol!

One of the most enjoyable non-sports cars I've owned, wafts along at a reasonable pace with kids + dogs regardless of weather and feels better than the Renaults/Vauxhalls/Peugeots we've had at 3 years old.

My first 100k plus car since being a student and it feels liberating to park and not give a monkeys.
Snap. 138k here.

2001 E46 320Ci - just ticked over 171k. Although using a fair amount of oil now as I suspect piston rings are on the way out.

1997 4.5 TVR Cerbera - "Only" 97k...but nearing the end of a nut and bolt rebuild so effectively zero. smile

In 1997 I bought an 89 Mk1 Golf Cabrio with 88,000 miles on and took it up to 268,000. Tight as drum, compression still near 100% on all cylinders and was joy to drive. If it hadn't have been written off in a rear end shunt in 2010 I'd still have it.

I believe it's back on the road in Bradford (it was a Cat D and I brought it back from the insurance co) but I hesitate to think what state it's in now.

Here it is at a mere 240,000...
