My recently sold T5-R had passed 250,000 and was pushing towards 260,000 but it had to go. The V70 T5 that ran alongside it arrived in my care in February with 167,000 miles and we're currently on 185,000... another couple of months and it should have hit the 20k a year target. Not bad given I work a mile from the house!
My A8 was on 177,000 miles until some tomfool drove into the back of it on the M40 a couple of weeks ago - I suspect that's a write off. Shame as I really had hoped to get it to over 250K.
Wife's Subaru Legacy is now of 172,000. Engine still wonderfully strong - everything else on it rapidly falling apart.

This is my contribution to this thread. 2001 Mazda 323 1.6 Gxi, owned by my parents from new, I took ownership @ 46k miles, and she's still trooping (well actually off the road right now whilst I learn to weld - she'll be back!).
This was obviously on a private course ;-)

Triggers broom-esque, 13 owner 1991 900 Turbo here...
Changed the engine in my ownership (old one very tired) - current bottom end has done 190k. The factory honing marks were perfect when I stripped it so didn't touch the rings / cylinders. Changed the bearings and put a head from a 250k 9000 2.3T on it - valve train sounds spot on having cleaned only the original lifters out. Gearbox on ???k miles (not original), clocks have done 167k but I have no idea how far the shell has been :P
I love it though. Bought with first pay cheque from first proper job out of uni 5 years ago. Still a way to go with it, but it's a dream to drive.
Other car is a 1992 Panda - bought with 34k, now on 57k. Needed a few oil seal / wheel bearing / brake-esque jobs doing lately, but mechanically it's a peach. The 999cc Fiat FIRE engine is bloomin' hilarious fun.

Anyway, here's mine:
1999 BMW 328i, just after doing 450 miles on one tank, in luxury too. Great car and will keep going long after I've finished with her!

Mine's on 145k and still feels like it has more bhp than BMW quoted for it when new. You must have a delicate right foot to get 450 miles out of a tank; I rarely see more than 350 despite a lot of motorway use.
I have a Volvo S60 of 2002 vintage about to stride past 180,000 miles. Loadsa life left in it.
I have a 2003 ClioSport 172 thats just tipped 150,000 miles 2 weeks ago. Still going strong, what a hoot.
Conversely I have a 1990 Renault 21 Quadra thats done 42,000 despite being more than twice as old as the other two

Back in 1992 i had a brand new Ford Escort Diesel company van, In 18 months i clocked up 115,000 miles, passed it over to a work collegue, he had it for 3000 miles before it went pop. It was in the garage for servicing every 6 weeks, till my boss decided that was too often and went against Fords recommended service intervals at 80,000 miles, and it then went in every 6 months. It couldn't understand why it went pop. I was surprised it did 110,000 miles on the rear tyres though.
