Not very nice, they look like Kahns on there too?! http://www.kahndesign.com/wheels/wheels_detail.php...

Not the direction I would expect a fast ford to take!
Was thinking that as well, the white RS in the pictures on that link was up for sale by Kahn earlier this year, IIRC the advert stated that the car was under construction by Cosworth to develop 400 bhp though I'm not sure what became of it
I quite like those wheels, and that RS.

It's funny how everyone's banging on about supporting British engineering (quite rightly) but then keep quiet when it comes to Kahn.
Generally because the wheels are second rate, although I don't have any experience with them recently. I just associate Kahn with form over function.

Really? That doesn't make sense to me - OK, so the 4-pot and V6 will sell well as neo-Capris, but there's always been a strong-ish market for V8 Mustangs over here that would surely only be stronger if they were available with RHD. Seems daft to me that Ford wouldn't just make the V8 an option.
Yep according to everything that has been said on the various Mustang websites that I have seen the UK will only be getting (initially at least) the I4 turbo and V6 motors.

pile of yellow dung!

330 bhp.. wow thats amazing.. the same as what i had in an ST 5 years ago and still less than the mild upgrade you can get for the current RS model.

A message for the Ford marketing team. Grow some real bks and stop getting RS fans excited for no good reason..

PMSL.

I also like where he starts off with "GREAT COSSIE- NOT!"

reminds me of when Borat is being taught how to be sarcastic in the USA:

"my suit is NOT blue"
"No, its my suit is blue........NOT!"

Can't be can it? It'll be legal in California and their emissions regulations are as tight if not tighter than the EU regs.

Also, what about all the German V8 cars available? I would have thought the US emissions regulations were actually stricter than the European ones, they always were.

Also, your local Chevrolet and Ford dealers can currently import you a Camaro or a Mustang, but it'll be LHD. I don't see what the difference would be ito a RHD version.

Put it this way if they ever make a proper cosworth I will change my name to Borat!

And yes Rockets would be nice and throw in a couple of machine guns on the bonnet while you are at it...

These STs look immeasurably better in the metal than they do on the Internet. Saw one last week, albeit a standard one and it looked amazing!
Where they look BEST is sitting at the side of the road broken down with less than 750 miles on the clock.

Ask me how I know!

The reason I left the Ford brand from a fiesta, is because they stopped making cars that used the rear wheels to power it (a mustang doesn't count).

I wanted to buy a Focus, with an RS badge, that used all four wheels. So I could drive it, in great Britain, in the rain and blat about happily.

Ford didn't produce one, now I don't drive a Ford.

Well done.

ps - that mk2 focus rs might look the nuts, but I got in, sat down and attempted to push the seat back to an appropriate position. It weighed a ruddy tonne. In that instant, I knew I'd never own one.

Wow, 2nd post.

PH is slacking, how did someone get in first and not mention the fact it's front wheel drive?
