Remarkable.

Still don't think it should go round a corner, witchcraft!

When will Nissan's Washington plant start building these?

The design is totally logical, so it makes me wonder whether it really needs two front wheels ? Was this a sop to the car set, could it not work just as well ( or better ) with a single front wheel ?

Awesome video.

I'm no engineer but I'm guessing 2 front wheels is a mix of balancing all the bits against the amount of tyre you want on the road

That and the fact car junkies look at 3 wheelers the way kids look at vans with 'free candy' written on them.

Really enjoyed that, thanks.

I wonder if it would ever translate to a road going vehicle?

Mr Harris, love this series of videos and this was the best yet. No need to cut such an interesting interview short. Nissan, like Porsche previously, has gone way up in my estimation for their obvious passion letting you loose on their toys. Cheers

Brilliant video, pitched at exactly the right level. Please, please, more like this - Top Gear covers all the dumbed down stuff already, no need to go down that path.

Well done Chris - excellent - I've been keen to have the thing explained for many months now - great to hear the design philosophy and implementation details from the designer. thumbup

Shame such a revolutionary car is being blocked, probably because someone noted it's immense potential and didn't want to spoil the diesel Audi party.
You mean the petrol Toyota party shirely? wink

Chris, you've seen the Equinox programme on Channel 4 - "The Nuts and Bolts of Ben Bowlby"?

Racing has been a bit stuck in the past for a while now. The DeltaWing feels like the first step into the future, and I'm all for that. I desperately hope it gets to race again.
