An enjoyable afternoon for me. Seemed to be a lot busier than last year.

I saw the end of it when we left Hamleys. Loads of vintage stuff setting off toward Oxford Street.

My new (now 248bhp) 1962 Austin Healey 3000 Rally car will be one if the 40 'Best of British' on display, for anyone who remembers the article, about a year ago. Any fellow PH's stop and say hello!
Spotted, but due to nowty kids (knackered after a couple of days hard sigt seeing in the capital) didn't dare hang about for long. Just a quick lap of the cars and back on the tube.

Seemed busy, loads of people taking photos to fight through.

Plenty of eco mobiles on show, being ignored by almost all in attendance.

I went as we were in London and the wife and kids went into Hamley's whilst I had a mooch. Here are some pics of the best bits (it was hard getting shots without people in as it was very busy!)

Some stunning classics there including Austin Healey 3000, Austin Seven, Lotus Elite, E-Type, Triumph TR5, Aston Vantage's, Rolls and Morgan's.

This morning we had cracking views of the poor competitors in the London-Brighton from our Big Ben View hotel room. Wet was not the word!!!!

The white McLaren has to be the best looking one I have seen, very smart.

An 08 Vanquish, didn't know they went as late as that, manufactured & registered slightly later maybe?

Does Regent Street have a builders merchant, motor factor, Machine Mart? No? In which case there's no man shopping there wink
I'm sure you could find the latest must-have man-bag in that area. One of those nice Superdry ones would be lovely to mince about town with.
laugh Check out the Morgan 3 wheeler in the above photos!

For the man who has everything!

I was wholly intending to head down to this but ended up shopping for birthday presents in Covent Garden instead. Only saving grace was a brief visit to Fiskens and Hexagon. Looked great - next year instead!
