Me and Mrs CV's plates are personal to us and boring as hell to anyone else.

In our area though are F4T 6IT on a Range Rover and BU51 MUM on a Merc, and I'm not sure the Merc one is personalised.

I do like the fat git one thoughsmile

I had seen P15 ORF a few times just south of Northampton a year or two ago, but a recent check shows that it seems to no longer exist . . . . .

I did, however, find this reference on another forum:

The number of the car in the background (K405 TAT) would be good for an old Peugeot? smile

Better to buy "MR 13RNS" from DVLA, but then some people can't scrape £799 together for something readable.

Most heinous one I saw recently, on a Range Rover Sport (what else?)

HA5 3OAT

And yes, it was ridiculously spaced...

And don't have a 13 plate car for it to go on!

Made me chuckle on the way home tonight, tidy looking 997 (think it was a C2) with FAT 61T , expecting to see a bloated old business man I instead saw a blonde woman who looked fairly trim...

Maybe the Porsche had the desired effect & landed the owner a nice seat cover despite his weight? wink

Is it just me that sometimes holds the faint hope that someone in the DVLA is watching this and the other thread and sending out enforcement notices, or tipping off local plod? Or am I being unreasonable?

I know it's not crime of the century in the grand scheme of things, but they seem to like quick money-earners. I'm talking about the real terrible stuff here, of course, not just stuff with a space where it shouldn't be.

YESSSS it's back! Or at least, a version of the most argumentative thread on PH...if anyone is not sure as to what happened, it can still be read here - the last few pages are nasty...

I notice the word 'chav' is missing from the new thread - that's a good idea, it caused the worst conflicts (are you there, Steve?)

i genuinely couldn't drive a car with that st on the plate - what a waste of money - only possible to be made sense of because of the car, wouldnt even ntice it if it was on something else.
