I saw this at the supercar event in June at Dunsfold. You're right, my immediate thoughts should have been "nice car" but instead were "what a crap plate". And even with the moronic spacing it makes no sense.

This one is a little odd in that someone has bought a new Q3, put a bad private plate on it, then sold it 4 months later

I assume the plate is, when incorrectly spaced, is meant to say E Joseph. Am also assuming Audi wouldn't sell a car with illegal plates & they have advertised it before the plate is retained or it's a repossession.

I agree Audi will not intentionally sell cars with dodgy plates. What the owner does is of course not their concern. I agree it is doubtful, repo does come to mind or plate going elsewhere. Still a ste plate in the illegal format used initially.

Sorry. I forgot to say about plate being crap.

What really scares me is that I saw it as E Joseph correctly spaced!!

This one amused me as it's clearly NOT a JAG!!....

Maybe the owners initials are J.A.G?

I saw an unliveried silver van on the M27 this morning with the registration V111NDO (spaced like that too). I have no idea what it was meant to represent.

Nor am I but its definitely a crap plate. Doubly so. Completely unreadable and totally unlawful. Wonder why the owner bothers?

Saw that nestling at Silverstone too. Seemed to attract a huge selection of torrid examples!

J1 11BYA on a golf...

No idea what on earth that is trying to say - except maybe the obvious Libyan reference, but why would you want a plate saying that confused

If one was from Libya, perhaps, and proud of it? (And didn't mind stty plates). Why not?

I just don't "get" this one, am I missing something? The all-over-to-one-side-ness of it makes me twitch shoot
