Based on the stickers and 'plate I think this ST owner would rather have a Mustang Boss 302.

I'll admit to wanting - but not being able to afford - THIS number plate, missing the space, to see if it will confuse cameras/BiB/everyone etc...

As modelled below:

Love that, UUI 101 went on ebay for about £600 recently. A mate was going to get it but didn't, then it sold. I just didn't need anymore plates kicking around.

Yep - some numberplate readers get confused with I's and 1's - not funny when you're trying to leave a pre-paid airport car park at silly o'clock after a delayed flight & a queue of other teasy travellers behind you.

R33 DSA spaced R33D SA on a luxo barge of some form in Camberley that I drove past earlier today.

Maybe their surname is Reed and they come from South Africa.

Another dreadfull illegal plate. Seems to me this is a growing trend. I wonder whether efforts to stop this will be made?

This might be of interest to some...

I recently applied to the DVLA via a FOI request regarding the number of plates that had been withdrawn due to mis-spacing. They only supplied figures for this year, from January to July, and the total number was 10. Obviously this is relative to the total number of plates on the road.
They couldn't give figures on the amount that said persons were fined as that is a police matter.
They wouldn't give detail as to which specific numbers had been withdrawn.

Before anyone slates me for doing this it took about 2mins to do online, hardly an onerous task and one that was done out curiosity rather than anything else.

I would suggest that withdrawing 10 is a very very slight and insignificant drop in the ocean.

I take your point. From the number on the road and on here I regret to say I do think that you are right. Pity because once this starts in volume then plate veracity is going to be undone. Bad news for identifying cars.
