I'll pop back later with a pic, but your starter of 10......

On what manufacture of car did I see the plate FU D1C

No cheating please......
Probably an Audi
1st guess I believe.....

My first thoughts were... oh dear, what a d1cyes
Looks street legal to me. Not my sort of thing but legally that plate looks as if it confirms. Not trying to spell anything with daft dots and fonts and bent letters. It is distinctive but I would not want it. My concern in all of this are the ludicrously modified illegally spaced unlawful fonts that abound and the unreadable plates that result. If someone wants to put a plate like this on a car and look like a twit that is their legal choice. I think.
Legal...Nope....Incorrectly spaced....FUD 1C....not FU D1C

Quite correct regrettably my eyes are ageing. As you say illegally spaced. Silly and childish and illegal. Such plates should not be allowed.

V4SYN without any spaces on an RS5, or at least an A5 with some kind of bodykit as I'd expected it to be a bit faster than it actually was when he floored it.

Apologies for poor quality, but it was taken at full zoom, and cropped...

K A55HAD with two young Asian lads in it, driving incredibly badly on the mean streets of Pompey on Friday.

No doubt it's the driver's name but at a glance to me it says ASSHEAD. smile

A Robinson according to the small print under the plate, pity about the last E.
Obviously can't afford an Audi though.

In the paddock at Donington for a test day today, two Porsches, seemingly owned by unrelated racers, one a GT3 the other a Turbo; R4PLD and R19PJD both tweaked to give RAPID - what are the chances!
The Turbo was in the public car park for British GT's today, the plate was nearly as horrible to look at as the curbing on his rear drivers side alloy.

I don't think this Rangers Football Club supporter is aware of text speak, I don't think he really hates RFC
I was at primary school with his boy 25+ years ago and he had the plate then so safely before textspeak became common. Plus he runs (or used to) a supporters bus so definitely not a hater of Rangers.

I think you'll find the owner/driver is a supporter of Septic FC commonly known as "Pacific Shelf" from the other side of Glasgow !!!

this is cringe-worthy, there was also the car behind him who seemed to be snapping the plate, so it may appear on here again soon..

No idea how Tony managed to create this but the "O" looks like it has a yellow bolt head in the centre. I guessed "T817 YMA" but nothing listed....

No excuse, but I would guess this is meant to say 'Dawit', which is an Indian first name (and which drives the rather high price paid!)
I take your point, and it would suit Dawit, but it's definitely an attempt at Dawns.
In which case, that is a very expensive 'Fail'!redcard
