just like this - there are some serious butchered 'Singh' Plates about

I'd be very miffed if I owned S1 NGN and kept getting parking/speeding tickets. Misspaced doesn't bother me, butchering to the point it reads something it's not should result in more serious consequences in my mind.
I think it worse than that

It looks like S11 VGN

That refers to the not-quite-dry state of Proseal.

Registered 1 march 2006 so should be 06

On that basis it's a vanity plate (of some description)

Saw an absolutely rank one this week, wrong font and spacing, scrap merchant in his Transit (probably). Proper plate was L777 MMY, it was spaced as:

L7 77MMY

However, with the illegitimate and almost illegible font I'm fairly sure it was meant to read 'O TIMMY', for some reason.

Also these two, neither that bad; the former on the cusp perhaps:

1) if ya gonna have 'PASS YOU' then at least have PASS YOU and not PASS YUO
2) put it on a vehicle that is likely to pass me

Ha ha, I know, I've seen numerous round here before including PR05EAL, but never been in a position to photograph :-) If I ever am, I will post in the good plates section ;-)
