Here's a nice one on DVLA for only 399 at the mo, YO11 SAG. Those of a weak disposition, look away now..

hehe
I'm often a little confused by the trenchant stances adopted by some in this thread. After all, one man's meat is another man's poison, unless you're a pescatarian, in which case it might be poisson. However, in this case I really don't get this. The registration has never been issued, let alone made up into a plate (and I draw your attention to the title of this thread). The DVLA is advertising the registration in the legally correct format. And lastly, I have absolutely no idea what your interpretation of the registration is supposed to mean.

Perhaps you could start a new thread: "Random Number Plated That I've Just Made Up In My Head"?
I can imagine you often get a little confused. My nan (rip) was the same in her latter years. I was merely sharing a plate that was suggested to me by a colleague. I felt that the inclusion of not 1,2 or even 3, but FOUR spaces in a plate that I know would already grate some here was worthy of sharing. I would be happy to purchase the plate and display it thus on a vehicle if it would help you to relax. I do though appretiate that this thread is for numbers that have been SPOTTED, I won't make the mistake of trying to inject some levity into this cess pit again. In fact, I think I'll check out.

The bays are end to end, how can he possibly be taking up 2.5 of them?
Where did I say 'bays'?

0.75 + 1 + 0.75 = 2.5

How can he have stretched his car along 3 of them? That makes no sense as a range rover isn't long enough. At best surely he can block 2 spaces, by parking over the line?

Just in case you are serious . . .

Where did I say 'line' ?

Imagine a kerb side space the length of 2.5 cars. There is room there for Tonka and my car.

BUT Tonka parks, in the middle of a space big enough for 2.5 cars. With room fore and aft for three quarters of a car at each end.

The Tonka is therefore taking up 2.5 spaces (= 2.5 car lengths).

I therefore have to park elsewhere.

O.K. now?

Arguably, the design of the rear of that car already really ruins it!

Why would you do that? Horrible plate (and I do concur not up to Mr Fezzas usual design standards either)
