Maybe initials, but still? Unless "wok" is street slang for something a bit rude? I'm too old to know, though.
The plate is what? 1992-ish date related, on a 2010 car, so has obviously been transferred from summat else, or bought from the DVLA, or from one of the independent 'Vanity' plate dealers. Hey-ho. Unto each their own, but I simply don't get it.
