What crappy personalised plates have you seen recently?

Just as an aside, and apologies if this has already been mentioned, but what is the concensus on the WORST number plate offence?
Mis-spacing?
Incorrect font?
Misplaced screwcaps?
Obviously bonus points are awarded for more than one of the above, but as a single entity, which is it?
I'd say the screw caps.

I'd say you've missed the worst..cutting bits out of letters, like shortening the top of a T to make it an IMis-spacing?
