I simply Kahn’t take it anymore
Discussion
I had the interior of my car re upholstered by a company in York who do the work for Kahn, Overfinch and other modifiers. Those companies just strip the seats out and send them to these guys in York.
The mark up is huge. I paid £1300 for all of the seats, armrests and doorcards in nappa leather with quilting. The price charged to these companies is the same yet they charge their own customers between £2500 and £3500 for an interior. The parcel shelf on the Range Rover costs £80 to do yet these companies charge £250.

Firstly, lots of people need to stop spending quite so much of their time caring or worrying about what other people spend their money on.
I think you need to stop spending quite so much of your time caring or worrying about what other people don't like.If I think something looks gash, I will say so, in the same way I will say if I like something. Stop being such a limp wristed yoghurt knitter and get over it.
some of the Kahn stuff looks good, but it was like Burberry used to be. 1 or 2 items good, the whole lot ends up like..
In ,y eyes any sort of progress/money into the car market is a good thing but raise the bar a bit. n dubz sell albums and make money but do they add anything to music culture as a whole?

Well done to everyone so far who has found the hidden phrase "you're not allowed to have an opinion" in my post.
The point I actually wrote was: people need to be more openly sceptical of the torrent of recent 'start-ups' that are actually total non-companies.
eg, somebody says in a thread that they own a £150k+ supercar, custard is demanded; a company based in a shed issues a press release saying "we're going to go faster than a Veyron", and people lap it up...

Lots of people routinely call bullst on lots of things on here.
Also, pretty much everything is seen as st.
I quite like it. Very British.
