if all these tolls ensure that all the immigrants and their family members that follow get a fair hearing with an appropriate language interpreter and all their local government welfare claim forms printed in every language and their own language school classes to ensure their rights are protected then its well worth paying that little bit extra for the roads andother services... isnt it?
