I might be wrong, but I am reasonably sure that the plates on those pictures are photoshopped. The actual registration was 9 **. The spacing is wrong on the rear plate and it is certainly 'SLR' on the front.

Actually the pics have been shopped, but I only shopped off the letter before the 'SLR'....plate is actually 7 SLR, which I've just spotted on the chrome SLR coupe which ran the Gumball the other year....

There's a wrapped yellow Phantom D/H here (15 miles south of Doncaster), would be surprised if the owner had an SLR too.. I hope there's not two yellow ones going about! Does not work for me.
