I nominate this: I timed it at 4.5 to 60 but feels so utterly boring doing it not only is it stealth to the travelling public but the driver as well!

Blimey! 4.5s in estate form that's indeed stealth and fast. That's almost as quick as my M3. Is that an XDrive too?

It's quicker than my old m3 best I got from that was 5.3 (too much wheel spin in launch control) yes xdrive hence the good 0-60.

Not a patch on the M3 though in terms of drama/sense of occasion and generally being great to drive.

How about this?

When you see it, you won't be expecting a 1.8 Turbo, rear wheel drive. Plus it's chipped so not exactly slow wink

Not exactly stealth, is it?
Looks pretty stealthy to me considering what it's kicking out. I would never expect it to be as quick as I'm sure it is.

I remember pulling up at a set of lights and a really knackered looking corsa on steel wheels pull up next to me with a couple of young lads in it grinning. As soon as they revved it and it shook and the dump valve went pssssht I realised why they were grinning. Took a few seconds to get going but when it did it took off like a stabbed rat (I had a slightly modified ST24 at the time).

My crappy little 4x4 could be considered stealthy. Comfortably under 6 seconds for 0-62 surprises many a diesel repmobile.

I remember an old corsa matching me through 3rd and into 4th on the M1 near Sheffield one time when I was in my old 911 (which was good for nearly 190mph) it did make me chuckle, but he was a bit serious about the whole thing.

OK, it's not straight out of a VX showroom but it is kinda fun, my lads "1.2" Corsa SXi+ just lowered a bit, nice wheels and knocking out in excess of 270BHP, wolf in sheeps clothing that scares the crap out of VXR's, Type 'R's, 'ST's and the like.

I just sold a Z20LET Corsa C, stage 1 map to 225 bhp.

To be honest even with the standard 190 bhp it was crapping on those cars! Good shout, fairly common and easy conversion too.

Always nice to read a non biased opinion from an owner smile Maybe not a patch in sense of occasion but definitely a stealth fast non-modded car! Not many estate diesels can claim those figures.

Not a great deal I would imagine, as it's still registered as a 1.2.

Mercedes E500 Estate. Only available in LHD as far as I can tell.

408 HP, 600 NM from a twin-turbo V8. 0-60 in 5'ish seconds.

Dunno how boring that can be. My brother has a 330d M sport 51 reg, 200k on clock -loads of thump and a fantastic drive.

It's about as a stealthy as ripping a masala fart in a lift too, so what the fk it's doing in this thread is as mystery to me. It screams "chav" like no other.
