14 months. All that and he gets 14 months. Dangerous Driving and the Aggravated Vehicle Taking both allow up to 2 years. I assume the guilty plea drops it some; are these sentences running concurrently? With behaviour like that I feel it should be bumped up to Attempted Murder, or at least allow harsher sentencing for acts like this.

I must admit, I've lurked on the Advanced Driving sub-forum for a while and RL's tips have definitely found their way into my driving. Certainly with regard to using more of the road to improve visibility and smoothness.
