You must be a dumb as the peugeot driver, its a crash for cash scam. Peugeot stops for no reason, vehicle filming then stops without! hitting the car then the vehicle that is film is hit and then the momentum hits the peugeot.

You'll see there is no reason for the peugeot to stop on the outside line of a dual carriageway. I think you need to watch that video again.
