In my experience, double yellow lines are rarely there to avoid obstruction of the traffic n if the fine's inconsequential to you, I'd be able to sleep at night

It just looks weird, that picture, imo. Like the car is superimposed. It's too light underneath the car (rear left tyre) and... it just looks a bit uncanny valley.

Thing is, the owners of such exotic cars couldn't give a flying fk if they get clamped and booked. What's it to them? pocket change.

I have to agree with you there Sir wink I doubt very much that Lambo was actually there at all.
As eye catching as this image is thumbup it looks heavily Photoshoped to my eye, as the lighting on the car appear very alien to the ambient lighting surrounding it + as you've mentioned the shadows under the car look odd. It's possible studio lighting was used outdoor to created that look.
Good effort none the less and a nice touch with the Photographers name PHOTOSHOPED on the wall behind the car wink

The car was actually there... The shadows are a bit weird due to the lights of other cars lighting up that area.

Taxi behind car with lights on = light on back of car, highlighting the underside. Simples.

If you look at the traffic lights they've changed while the shot is taken - so you've got cars on either side lighting everything up. How long was the exposure Alex?

Unfortunately is't not a Simples as that. Car headlights have a different Kelvin temperature to Studio lighting.

Fair enough mate wink that explains the cross lighting beneath the Lambo. Did you use any additional lighting and how much post productions work after ?

No additional lighting was used, fair bit of post production due to all sorts of different lights coming from different places. For example to back of the car had to be balanced separately due the white balance needing to be completely different to the rest of the photo as the lights were really cool in comparison.

Ah - some things never change. 45 Park Lane was the home of the original London Playboy Club. Mayfair seems to be the natural habitat of the Lamborghini. I remember walking the streets around this area in the early 80's as a 12 - 13 year old (my mum and dad had friends who lived in Curzon Street and I was allowed out with their son) and the streets were awash with Urracos and Espadas and other supercars of the time - Lagondas, Meraks and Khamsins. I vividly remember seeing a BMW M1 parked up near there as well. Never saw a Countach though. These memories never left me and I still love walking around that area and you always see some exotic metal (carbon-fibre?) as this photograph testifies.

Anyone else spotted the black paint brush line on the right rear?

Yeah yeah tiny mistake I know, but go to the hassle of heavily post processing the rest of it, and leave that...

aside from this, a well 'modded' lambo!

Strupes, think you are on the wrong forum, maybe you ought to try tree huggers or the terrorist organisation brake.

Fixed that for you.

An awesome piece of photography marred by the owners disregard for the rest of us.

Don't know the circumstance of the park, I will happily retract if proven otherwise. We see too many Lambos parked up like this with middle eastern plates.

I hope he gets clamped, not a good advert for lambo owners.
