I hadn't known about what he had done at the Venice marathon until now, so thank you for posting that.

Words almost fail me when it comes to describing this man. A truly, truly exceptional human being.

I was watching that race when the accident happened, my brother who works for an F1 team has met him and said that even before the accident the guy was a real gem, what an inspiration to us all, if only the majority of the uk population would look to this guy as a role model rather than some prick footballer or reality show so called star.
