Having commented earlier in the thread, I now have my own Aero.

Just collected a Y reg Estate - 225k on it, but all in fine fettle, for the princely sum of £460!

Rain, traffic, an engine warning light and crap headlamps (leveller issues) prevented the 155mph thing mentioned above but the car was a lot of fun to drive back from Poland and very comfy.

Quick update. I can confirm 150mph is achievable. Surprisingly quickly too.

Yep, and it can cruise at 150 all day long. So stable.

It was surprisingly calm and collected at that speed, stable and drama-less. Almost an anti-climax.

just fitted a Noobtuned ECu to my 55 9-5 Aero, can't wait to try it out properly
