1/2 the price of a Veyron. Bargain!

Now, if I sold all the cars, the boat, my workshop, and re mortgaged the house......... Hmmmm only makes about £300K Damn!

How much is a poster?

My living room has 6 limited Hailwood prints + D type Jag + original Ogri artwork. Music room has D type original painting and a Lotus print. Bedroom has limited print of Mk2 Jag, plus SS Great Britain plus 2 water colours by a relation, toilet has Ogri cartoon.
Loads of room for a Porker print, then.....

Just started following Chris on Twitter and there have been a fair few comments on cars for sale, I wonder if the 599 is for the chop?
You'll soon realise this is just the normal way of things for Mr H!
I'm surprised that there hasn;t been a comment on this 'rubystone red' beauty which seems to have cropped up here http://www.strasse.co.uk/cars.asp?car_id=129&p... and here http://www.specialistcarsltd.co.uk/vehicle/porsche...

I really do have a thing for Pink Pork at the moment biggrin

I posted a similar image on my Facebook and I got two people who liked it but all the usual phillistines said Gay, Hairdresser etc, not sure it works as well on a 944 but it looks awesome on 911's of that era.

That looks very good. Anyone remember the Rubystone 964 3.6 Turbo which Georg Kacher tested for Car? That magazine remains in the magazine rack in my bathroom even today, twenty-odd years later.

Exterior is fine, but the purple, pink, more pink and black interior would make me sad every time I got into it.

@ minimalist, great picture!

would you, or anyone else, happen to know the name of the colour of the green car in the middle low on the far right side (on the picture)? it seems too light for leaf green but i wouldn't know any comparable green from that era otherwise.

Chateareaux?

(I'm sure that isn't how you spell it but it's close enough!)

any tips on how to get the other half to agree to having motorsports posters hung in the house?

i took all my framed porsche ones down from the garage after i sold the last 911 & they're currently residing in the loft rolleyes

i've had my eye on the downstairs lav but it's a no-go apparently & i'm out of space in the office hehe
Small price to pay for keeping her in doors happy, if you'd like to move them on at some stage, do get in touch. Rick

The track is (was) Riverside in California. Sadly it is now a shopping mall.

Most decent tailors can get you fitted for trousers wink
rofl

I've got a design sketch of the S1 Elise in the bedroom, framed print of an engine in the living room, life size zombie target with bullet holes in the hall, framed picture of me at a bike track day in the dining room and a Resident Evil poster on the stairs. I also have a billet flywheel with serious blueing on it hanging in the kitchen.

The poster was there when she moved in, the rest are the result of me allowing cushions on the sofa.
