The M5 is also supposed to be a practical family car. The M6 GC while beautiful and desirable is less practical (although the boot is huge). Audi have always sold more RS6s as Avants, while BMW have always sold more M5s as saloons.
I take your point regarding sales histories of both marques. IMHO most M5s will rarely carry a fifth passenger, so M5 practicality over M6 GC is really rather negligible.

Despite my obvious bias for the 6 cab, I agree the 6 GC is a very desirable BMW. So much better proportioned than the 2 door coupe and with it's added practicality, I wonder why anyone would still buy the coupe.
M5 is very much cheaper than M6 GC too!

I ran an A7 3.0T supercharged this summer, it was great but no sports car. The S7's additional oomph will be good but this is just silly. Personally. Like the styling of the normal one much more, this is a little too aggressive for this genre of car.

that's a sensor, ( something that senses), to tell the person who has it on the never never ( the driver who has leased it not bought it), when they are exactly 1 foot from the back of the car in front ( when they are exactly 1 foot from the back of the car in front).

Did you come with that all by yourself? It doesn't even make any sense.

No, most Audis don't have an organ pedal accelerator that's what I call a proper one. The others give me ankle ache and aren't nice to use.

Lol... That's the first time I've ever heard anyone moan about them. I'd seen them in others cars and found that type of peddle strange looking because it was different. I've had 3 Audis with them and had no problem whatsoever. I have more fundamental things to moan about with Audi than the accelerator peddle.

I don't really understand replacing RS6 with RS7 instead of making a new or face lifted RS6? The body shape looks out of proportion at every angle which must have been very hard to design, the grey paint doesn't help apart making it more boring.

I think it's this line up:

RS6 - Avant
RS7 - 4 door coupe
RS5 - 2 door coupe/soft top
RS4 - Avant

Yes. RS6 Avant will be also available.

No. RS4 is on sale and is avant only. The RS5 is a coupe and there's a forthcoming cabrio.
