If you do manage to get off the M6 and try to cut through Wigan etc take it easy on the A49. Drove about 3/4 of a mile earlier before the state of the roads and the standard of driving on the road frightened me into turning around.
Bet you're glad you had the foresight to stock up. There's even a microwave available if you're getting desperate and need to warm up that Ginsters pasty that looked so tempting in the services haha.

I decided to come back from Gibraltar for the weekend and my mum and dad picked me up from Manchester airport. They've got a f
