the guy in a red nissan 200 sx- like a 90's drifting type car I believe.

5pm, Baildon Bridge, Shipley West Yorkshire........ who apparently turned right- out of a no right turn junction, across 4 lanes of traffic- 2 each way and was promtly smacked by a van, writing his car off front and rear.

massive tailbacks and traffic jams as he managed to close the carriageway.

I'm guessing with such a car he may post on here ??? well done mate !!!

Undertakers or rather those that deliberately undertake cars as opposed to those that deal with the recently departed. ahole in a black 207 decided that the 50 limit wasn't for him and coming up to a roundabout was a good place to undertake me (just as my attention is focused on the potential of traffic on my right). On the other side I begin indicating and look in my door mirror, didn't see him in the mirror but I did catch the twerp in my thankfully good peripheral vision (I've taken to looking over my shoulder as well) still hell bent on getting past. Forth gear and a bit of the right boot left him behind but it was close.

Idiot in the Supra that was doing donuts in the car park, then shot past me at high speed on a very twisty road, crossing the solid white lines several times. The road is too windy for that lunacy

When I pick my missus up from work, some days I see a fkwit in a lowered E39 530i with black wheels who comes absolutely belting round the corner, usually doing at least 40 despite the area being a 30 and having a heavy pedestrian presence pretty much all day, in usually fairly futile attempts to drift it.

With his 5 or 6 year old son on the front seat.

What have i missed?
Why were you changing lane whilst looking right to enter the roundabout?

Indeed! hehe

Left lane for left OR straight on.

You were in the wrong. 207 was using the roundabout exercising proper lane discipline

People who speed up behind as fast as they can and then have to brake hard because everyone else is going at a sensible speed, this is especially knobbish if it's in a busy city centre.
The security firm man in an Up!, actually might have been one of the Skoda ones, who did it, you looked like a tit and it was obvious the car was struggling to keep up with your demands of speed, and the traffic in front whenever they started accelerating.

Nothing to do with the van in your vid, which utter fking knobtarded prick decided that it would be perfectly safe and sensible to force oncoming traffic into a head-on collision situation by adding fecking pinch points!?!?! I would have loved to have been in that meeting ("In order to improve safety, we're going to squeeze the road to a single carriageway and force oncoming traffic to approach each other in the centre of the road. That'll never cause any kind of accidents, no, definitely not.")

Yes- we have those "traffic calming measures" cropping up all over our city. All sorts of obstructions and protrusions forcing motorists to swing far too wide when cornering, narrowing roads, establishing chicanes. All they seem to do is cause delays or near accidents. Idiots!!

Was the 206 coming up your left inside.
Or
Your right hand side.

It can be read either way.

I'd generally agree, I should've made things a tad clearer though, this particular roundabout has a two lane entrance/two lane exit, the only right turn is into a small industrial site (my first map with arrow smile )

- red arrow line of travel.

As such both lanes are used to go dead ahead or left/right depending on destination.

What I thought was on my right was a gold 3 Series which had kept pretty much level with my rear bumper since I over took him further on down the road. This had prevented me from pulling into the space in front of him he however braked far earlier than expected into which the 207 slotted.

I'd got over the roundabout just fine (and in lane, which is more than some manage) and I only start to move over to the left lane when across it and firmly onto the dual carriage section on the other side, this is the point at which I saw the 207.

The guy being right up my ass on a 1.8 cars wide country road while I was doing 65. Then ducking down a back roads route that was NEVER going to be faster, catching up with me later and overtaking me in a 30 zone at what looked like well over 50mph. Finished off with wheel spinning away from the next junction. All in his own company delivery vehicle with his details clearly visible.

Still, I bet his package was on time.

Lady in gleaming white 63 plate RR this morning...approaches 'T' junction but no signals as to which way she will proceed (she has to give way), but her way is blocked by a large rigid lorry trying to turn right towards her.

Due to cars parked on the approach road, Mr. Lorry Driver has little room to manouevre and cannot make it around the junction with Mrs. White RR sat there, still not signalling to at least give the lorry an idea of what might help...

Eventually Mrs. WRR slowly eases up the drop kerb to allow MR. LD room to get past and all may continue on their sweet way.

As a pedestrian standing alongside the RR I can see Mrs WRR evidently not working it out and not really happy that a lorry - a lorry! - has made her deviate off the carriageway. She then gingerly drives off the (dropped) kerb and actually signals right - when there's no other traffic to benefit from it.

The lady driving the sandwich delivery van who blocked the emergency ambulance today at the traffic lights. Despite the ambulance behind her blaring it's horn, and other motorists as well (including me) she was completely oblivious. The crewman eventually had to get out of the ambulance, run to her car and open her passenger door, before telling her to move. Her response at this - she gave him a mouthful, no doubt because he'd opened the door without her realising. Simply beggars belief.....

Some people don't realise they're allowed to jump red lights and stuff if you are getting out of the way of an emergency service vehicle.

The highway code says:

"Emergency and Incident Support vehicles. You should look and listen for ambulances, fire engines, police, doctors or other emergency vehicles using flashing blue, red or green lights and sirens or flashing headlights, or Highways Agency Traffic Officer and Incident Support vehicles using flashing amber lights. When one approaches do not panic. Consider the route of such a vehicle and take appropriate action to let it pass, while complying with all traffic signs. If necessary, pull to the side of the road and stop, but try to avoid stopping before the brow of a hill, a bend or narrow section of road. Do not endanger yourself, other road users or pedestrians and avoid mounting the kerb. Do not brake harshly on approach to a junction or roundabout, as a following vehicle may not have the same view as you."

Fairly sure you're not allowed to jump a red light unless you're specifically directed to do so by a police officer. That's what my ambulance driving friend has always told me anyway.
