Using 05 in the product name without leading to the assumption it was a special edition produced in 2005?

I pity the Vuhl!

What a bunch of sad, cynical bds you lot are. Why can't you reserve judgement until the car is launched, surely car enthusiasts should be excited by news like this, sometimes wonder why I bother with this site.
Ah, that's exactly why I like this site. Much better than the fawning "oh that is so wonderful" on so many car sites.

Why reserve judgement if Vuhl see fit to go public with nothing to say? Perhaps they should have reserved comment and not been judged.

Quite - when we can see the thing, hear the specs and know the price we can accept it, until then it's just bluster and renders.

Can I be the first PH er to say that 1.I hate the wheeels. 2.The back end design is messy. 3.The rear lights / headlights/ etc are from a Aston/Mondeo/Alfa/truck etc 4.It hasn't got enough power. 5.A 330d is faster etc ad nauseam.

There, that's saved all the usual stuff before anyone has seen or tried it. Bit like a GT86, then......
Also it's too expensive, the rear seats aren't useful, it's too heavy and the styling seems unresolved*.

They would sell far more of them if they took a £20k loss on each one.

They are stupid to be taking Porsche on at this price point**.

Some kind of nationalist slur based on, oh I dunno, if it's got Ford doing the interiors the plastics will be all durable and American, which is somehow bad because Audis are so dull the road tests have to focus on how nice the dash feels.

4WD is for gays/RWD is just elitist nonsense in this day and age/FWD is wrong - delete as appropriate.

And I'm definitley going to buy one in 4 years when depreciation has made the price sensible.

Any more for new-car-launch bingo?

Hatefull colour.
Why would anyone buy this if they could have my Mk1 Fiesta / Golf GTi / 330d / MX5 / Porsche... delete/add as required
The wheels are from a VW

Why do this? I mean, look how Toyota have failed to sell any GT86's?

Vuhl (Pronounced "Fool")can join the long list of Canadian Supercar manufacturers that have dominated the world. (I speak as Canadian Citizen)

If vuhl is supposed to be an acronym, why does the emblem on the car have a "thingy" over the U?
