I think I'd keep looking round rather than even entertaining viewing that one.

I have purchased a BMW M5 from St Georges Motors. I came from out of town to pick it up, car was immaculate, as described and they made sure it was washed for me when i collected it. Very nice guys, they have a yard behind a car hire company. You are right when you say they dont have much road presence as i drove past them first time around and had to call to ask if i was at the right place. The level of service was spot on from start to end. It looked like they were BMW specialists, from the looks of their forecourt, plenty of BMWs parked up. Heaven for me, hell for my wife.
rofl isnt this site wonderful!

I would like to take you up on that offer, but I have to say I have reservations and I wouldn't want you to put yourself in a potential situation that may not be conducive to your wellbeing (yeah I'm very pessimistic).
No worries, it is about 2 miles from my door and I drive past there nearly every evening. It has only recently (last couple of months) had a banner outside saying Bucks Car Hire, and I've never seen any cars in the area that look as though they are for sale.

The only thing I do see a lot of there are Highway Agency vehicles.

As I was passing on my way home tonight, I took a quick video with my phone (HTC 8X) to show you what the place looks like from the road. I'll maybe try to get a better video tomorrow if I can. I'm not driving (on a bus) so no worries there!

Because the entire thing screams scam, that's why. Do the custard test yourself. Post up picture of you in front of said amazing car you purchased from said garage, with invoice to prove sale and I may start to think better of this whole thing. If not, you're flogging a dead horse.

As a local to High Wycombe its just a rebranding of the local mob into more English names... Riaz runs it.

Someone has become Paul Brown Cars - there is nobody called Paul or Brown there.

You will find they work in Morrisons on a Sunday to make extra money and or have part time jobs in WH Smith hence viewing by appointment. Plus there is signing on a Thursday.

And Paul Brown Cars steal copy from other dealers' websites and then get rather arsey and aggressive when challenged about it...so I'm told...

Smiler.

I just went and had a look at that website. A shouty front page claiming to be the best Jap Specialist and the top banner is a picture of a Porsche. Must be late, but made me LOL smile

Hi on the subject of St Georges cars, steer well clear if i was you,i part exchanged my car for a BMW on the day i went to see it and was arranged for me to send on V5 service history ect to his address, it was returned to me with "no one of this name at this address" and although the car was OK I changed back not knowing this at the time because i thought the documents had got lost in the post and he said that without said docs he could not sell my car, all seems a bit fishy to me
