Ryan Giggs has good taste in cars, among his collection he has a 22b Impreza.
Many years ago, there was a Japanese car dealer in Bolton called Warrender cars. I was told that was where Giggs bought the car from and they still had his cheque in a frame on the wall.
eh?

So they didn't even bank it?

Or was it a photocopy?
Most likely banked it and asked the bank for it back.
That wouldn't work.
Yes it would, easy to ask the bank to send the cheque back once it was cashed.

Not to the payee.

I saw Rio Ferdinand at a HSCC meeting at Oulton Park a few years ago in a lovely Mk1 Aston Vanquish.

Saw Jack Rodwell outside Everton in an Audi R8 a few years ago.

Don't know what he drives now , but it's debatable if you could call the useless bugger a professional footballer now as well.

And a Hummer, an Escalade and a Harley custom chopper. F1 drivers can do crass just as well as footballers.

As far as I know, the Geoff Hirst Ferrari didn't sell over the weekend.

John Terry also has an Enzo. He's a good customer of Tom Hartley Jnr

One would anticipate he's contractually obliged to use the Punto, given his employers.

Zlatan has a massive collection of super/hyper cars and is a self confessed car nut, cars including:-
  • Ferrari Enzo
  • Koenigsegg CCR
  • Porsche 918
All of which are standard cloud9

Samuel Eto'o also has an outrageous collection, including a LaFerrari, One-77, Veyron, V12 Zagato and a 599 GTO but his taste could be questioned:-

Aye he steals a living out of Sunderland, another wasted talent. He should never have moved to City.

Fernando Torres was spotted in a BMW Mini and a V12 Vantage during his time at Liverpool.
Thought these were very sensible choices.

Luther Blisset used to have a Firenza with an Old Nail kit on it, not sure if he still has.
