Cant find them? They're all over facebook and gumtree (as a matter of fact there are 10 on Gumtree at the moment, all sub-£1k, and a few more above that price).

Again, the market for these things is sub £1k now and has been for quite some time - unless, ofc, they have very low mileage or extras like the leather seats, which are worth about £300-500 themselves.

Bit battered, not sure if it would be an easy project or not?

A few crusty bits (ok i know these rust!)

But could be a bargain for someone (not me! not a huge fan of Fords)

Low mileage (68k) Ford Puma - 2001 - £550

I had a samara traded in years ago, i always remember the seat bases looked like the seat back, not sure they were the same part, but that pic illustrates what i mean.....

Love the Samara.

I'd love an Estelle more, though. Or perhaps a Riva.

2.2l Astra convertible
Needs maybe £500 of bodywork, which i wouldnt be adverse to.

That 2.2 engine is very prone to timing chain stretch though - with usually just an EML to show for it initially.....

Get thee to a medical practitioner, son. That has no redeeming qualities, whatsoever.

Bonnet a different shade of paint to the rest of the car and the roof looks to be leaking.

... and the alloys need refurbed, and no mention of MOT.

Personally, the 2.2 engine itself was enough to put me off giving it more than a cursory look, but yes that car overall looks more hassle than its worth.

Automotive perfection? Yes we are.

Combining the restrained tones of gleaming off-white bodywork with overtly sporting racing-stripes, even just aesthetically it is all things to all men. Step inside to be greeted by the warmth of a symphony of caramels and the wonderfully stripped back specification following Colin Chapman's ideals perfectly in this, the SL (Super Light) model. Rarely do we see such glorious motor vehicles at such a small price.

Looking at the performance specs for this model, I think they may have put the Go Faster stripes on backwards.

Much love for a top spec end of the range 75 with slightly shoddy paint? Nothing too alarming in MOT history.
