That would be perfect for my GF and a good stablemate for my Aero if I had the money. Apart from the fact she's fill it with petrol every week

Might just breach thread budget... not by much, I'd wager.

I picked my niece up from school recently. There was a woman taking photos of her Suzuki Swift outside one of the old school buildings which has beautiful box hedges around it.What's the bet that the housing estate the pictures were taken in, is not where the car is being sold from.
I laughed and explained to my niece what she was doing. My niece thought it was simply strange

How do you buggers do it?
Chap at work just bought a really nice BMW e36 2.5 litre convertible for £600. It's a nice car.
I'm thinking of something cheap, but knowing my luck it would be a money pit.
Find a bargain, ask its pitfalls here, go and view with eyes open and cash in pocket. Be prepared to walk away.Chap at work just bought a really nice BMW e36 2.5 litre convertible for £600. It's a nice car.

With 1 months MOT, but will 'fly through' and not even his car for sale.... google the telephone number and it comes up with rather a lot of car sales. Smells like a dealer trying to offload a heap.
A MK4 Astra 1.6 SXI with 10 months MOT for £350 (or less - it looks as though the seller is negotiable).
Anyone got any advice on what to look for on Nissan Almeras? A friend of mine is looking at buying one as a first car for her daughter and asked me to go and look at it with her. It's a 54-plate 1.5S with 70K on the clock. Looks fine from the photos and has 10 months ticket which it passed with only one advisory for a windscreen chip. Also claimed to have FSH. Guy wants £425.
I bought my mum a car as her Audi is nearing death. Still runs but not worth fixing.
A 2004 206 Gti 138bhp, 80k miles, 11.5 mot and last year a recon gearbox, clutch and timing belt. Runs well just a dent in front wing and tyres a bit mix and match. Will pick up a wing and hopefully set of tyres cheaply.
All for £465
