Had an S40 of silicate vintage, front looked funny so I zoomed in...
Even if it has had a bump for £250 with a long MOT who cares? As long as the head lights work and there are no dangerous loose bits.
Agreed, if you zoom in the fns has definitely been ttted. Looks reasonably significant too. 'Nice clean car' my Arse.
Do you mean front off side?

If you can see damage to the near side then I would like to hire your services when I'm looking for my next car!
Zoomed for you....
It looks OK to me!

I was starting to feel really stupid! I looked for ages and couldn't see any damage...

I never understand it really.

Again for 200 smackers I think it is a bargain, you would get 100 quid back in scrap

And me. Yesterday got £70 for my old Saab 9-5 saloon. He came and got it on a low loader too. I was quite surprised, just wanted it gone, the £70 was a bonus.

We got rid of two old Megane's a month or so ago and got £300 for the pair! Again, we just wanted them gone as we'd already replaced them with Caddy's.

If you could find out the name I would appreciate it - I gave away a 1.8T A6 last week because I can sell the wheels for more than the £60 scrap I'd get for the whole car

Scrap values seem to vary a lot by location. A couple of months ago a Passat was £50 round here but £150 in Manchester.

That Avensis is not mine but I have been involved with it. A guy was due to view today and never showed up. So it's still available and it's got years of life left in it.

Does look clean, they're one of the cockroaches of the car world, unkillable!

Would have been keen myself if I'd seen it last week.

I don't know a lot about Jags, but this looks a nice place to sit for £800

Thread purchase! A lovely cherished car, a credit to its owners. Picking up on Sunday, will post some photos then. After a week from motoring hell involving selling my beloved LS400 to a nice bloke in Canvey Island, only to find the LS430 I was going to buy had a Stevie Wonder repair to the door that he'd conveniently forgotten to mention, followed by a long train journey home and various adventures in the nether regions of the used car market. I bought a Puma on Saturday purely because it worked and I needed to get to work. But I need a bigger car than a Puma. So an old loved Avensis it is! Anyone want a (relatively) rust free Puma?

£200 with an MOT until Feb and a V6. If it was nearer I'd have clicked buy it now and figured out what to do with it later!
