That Avensis is not mine but I have been involved with it. A guy was due to view today and never showed up. So it's still available and it's got years of life left in it.I bought this back in 2013 for £850 with 100k on the clock. It was maybe £100 too dear but it had 12 months MOT, 6 Months Tax and 2 previous owners. It's also a rare colour.
It is now on 186,000 miles and we've never had a "failure to proceed". Change the oil regularly (it is honestly a doddle - I'd never done a car before this one) and keep on top of jobs. I said this over on another forum, but it really is all the car you will ever, ever need.
Can I have first dibs on it if/when you sell? Even if it's in a couple of years? Well looked after cars are difficult to find.

That is genuinely a brilliant buy.

That is a lovely colour! It's such a pleasure to deal with decent people after recent experience. The Avensis is very nice. Interior is like new. Clutch, service, battery and cambelt in last 1000 miles. All main dealer history. GLS so nice stereo, working air con, sunroof (doesn't slide, does tilt). Chap having to give up driving due to ill health.I bought this back in 2013 for £850 with 100k on the clock. It was maybe £100 too dear but it had 12 months MOT, 6 Months Tax and 2 previous owners. I'm looking to buy my LS 400 back (I know!) at some point in the next few months. So yes, would be happy to give you first dibs. Will post up photos tomorrow 😀

What a steal! The MOT history is very good too.Someone needs to buy that. If anyone is close and wants to buy it for me, then I'll happily give you some cash for doing so.
I may drop him a message, it's a bit far from me though, I'd spend 50% again on a train ticket.

Unless it's a scam, but I can't see why for so little gain, this is still for sale and now only £220!
