That's the same colour as the 2.0 I once owned.

A simple problem but a nightmare to fix: the factory fitted immobiliser is on. Been trying to work out how to sort it for two weeks and today, thanks to a fellow PHer, it's off to a place in Cheshire (from Devon) to be un immobilised. Other than that, it has been running great and we've been really happy with it.

And......it's back. A broken wire and a dodgy key sensor sorted and back to enjoying 3.0 V6 shedding. Vroooooom

No chance. Anything with a 1.9tdi in it is worth something.

Sold a 280k mile Passat with the 1.9tdi engine in it for £350 this year and that was in similar condition.

In a similar note heres a Merc S500 that went for £740 which required a little work. Seems to be bargains on sale at the moment.

That's not too bad. I was expecting epic rust rather than fairly minor and easy fixes. I'm no good at car maintenance but even I'd do most of that myself
