I have a Laguna dCi 130 with 230k and counting. Apart from the crank sensor and routine belt changes, engine is all original.
Renault will probably want to put that in a museum!

Never would I spend £750 on that - it'll be a dog of a car, tempted to go barge budget and get a CL500 (say £2000-2,500)

Lets see

Or a cheap skoda £250 lol

So I didn't do the Bargain Basement again. I spent 2K and I purchased a brand of car from the group I vowed I would never buy again, (VAG)..

Got a 2004 Audi A4 B6 Cabriolet 1.8T Sport with 115K F.A.S.H. including Cambelt and Water Pump done December 2016 by Audi.

It wants for nothing, has 3 keepers, Goodyear tyres all round and a very well cared for car. Should do for a few years and the smaller engine will allow me to save for when I eventually one day buy my W204 C63.

Very clean with not a single blemish.

I guess after 8.5 years of automatic CLKs it's good to get into a manual.

Good choice was this a eBay or Gumtree sale?

Get the sump dropped to check the oil pickup isn't gunked up.

This looks like it might have potential. Description is very light.

The MOT history doesn't make for very good reading.

I guess there's a reason it's so cheap.

Is there a car built by a Western firm in the 21st century that rusts worse than those?

Great little cars, but they really dissolve

Nothing too scary though unless the underseal is hiding a lot of rot.
