Come on guys. Let's have a PH completion for an original livery/colour scheme. Prize could be Monkey scaring you with a ride on a special stage.

Love it, brilliant Chris!

I'd have to do a whale tail Cossie though!
Same here. Though I suspect I'd rather go for a Sapphire over a whale tail...

Still, the M3 is a fine car and will look absolutely stunning in the Bastos livery! I can't wait to watch this project develop!

Have to say, whilst i really like the Rothmans and Bastos liveries, i would have gone for the 'MAC Tough' colours of the late great Bertie Fisher.

A fitting tribute to a true legend of the sport

I presume it'll be welded?

Regarding the livery, the tricolour stripes (although epic) have been done.

I'd be tempted to modernise it a touch make your own design but incorporate the checkered flag as per the later E36:

I always liked the old BTCC livery.

Best wheel combination too.

IMHO, the '96 livery is the better looking variant:

I'd have to disagree.. fwiw I've found the forum with the most technical knowledge on E30-M3's to be (and by some measure) S14power.com Another decent one is s14.net

Hey im a Hartge fan but always loved the Hartge livery

Still tempted to put this livery on my touring to replicate a support vehicle

Sorry best pic I can find. I have the E30 touring, the wheels and the bodykit (rare as rocking horse poo). Just need them fitting, sprayed white and the signwriting.

I agree, that is very nice and different.

The BMW Motorsport colours look great too but I guess if you were starting on a bare shell with no limitations then you may as well do something out of the norm.

Is Chris going for solely Rally liveries or can it be touring car also?

I think the touring car liveries are generally nicer but if the car is going to be rallied then it won’t be decked with large wheels, so the Touring Car liveries won’t look right.
