it was the first advert shown before Star Trek, there was the usual muffled chat until the ad started, just about every bloke stopped in their tracks and paid full attention to the screen. with a few whispered 'you're a child' comments from disgruntled/ignored mrs'!!
My mrs however, enjoyed it as much as I did. and said it was as good as I'd told her it was!

yep she's a keeper I was in Sri Lanka a few weeks ago, and lots of the TV ads are from India. VW Polo GT advert included hand-brake turns and wheelspin starts, with a child in the back seat. I presume it's all about "Watch this son, see how cool your Dad is"... was quite bizarre.

Strange, isn't it? ...... Audi has the best AND worst ad currently on TV.
The best is the R8, obviously. Sound gets turned up to 11 every time it's on .... and not a single word thank goodness.
Yet Audi have also sanctioned the most hideous, pompous, self-important, awful ad on TV. I am of course referring to the 'beautifully engineered Audi ESSS KEYOOOHH FAYVE' ..... AAAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHHH!!!
