Been offered a race...

So I’ve been offered out a race which I'm not sure whether to participate.
The contenders are as follows:-

Focus ST 2009 - 296 BHP and 350 Torques (266 FWHP)
Mods to gain this bhp are as follows:
Forge Intercooler
K and N Panel Filter
Sports Cat
Down Pipe
Super unleaded remap
RS Clutch and Diff.

VS

Jaguar XJR X308
Mods:
K and N Panel Filter
Catback Exhaust system

Also the engine has recently been rebuilt due to HGF this included head skimming, compressions and timings done.

The race will be set on a roll from 40mph onwards, who would you have your money on?
