There was a thread in The Lounge not that long ago bemoaning Facebook. One comment said something like 'why do I want to share my life/ chat with people I barely know...' and everyone agreed.

hehe welcome to the forums.

Has anyone, who is a user of Facebook and who actually has a 911, ever pressed the "Like" button though. It seems so out of character that those 5 million have ever sat in a 911 let alone intend buying one. Snob? Moi? wink

Can't answer your question directly but as a Ferrari owner I have hit the like button on the Ferrari FB page. Don't ever post anything on their page though.

in fact oh f*cking dear.

What the hell are Porsche inhaling, and who the f*ck in their right mind is going to ride round in that?!

I think it would even put me off buying a regular one. How embarrassing.

I have to disagree, I really really like that back light - it always struck as a bit weird for the C4s models (from the 996 onwards) to have that red reflective strip but not have the ability to light up; finally Porsche has applied what should have been done from the get go!
I really liked the big bars on the rears of the 930, where they were positioned low and really emphasised the squat wide proportions of the rear - but definitely in agreement in regards to the 996 onwards looking a bit iffy, however.

The 991 has to be the best application of it, I just don't think it favours Aqua Blue at all . If I was in the position to order, I'd take mine with paint that gave a higher contrast, like white or yellow (probably yellow..!).

Have to disagree. I hate both those colours but love the blue and I'm not a 911 fan, particularly, so can be objective.

I adore aqua blue, it's a fantastic colour. Logically, the smart choice would be a 991 GT3 in AB - with a set of standard brake lights... hehe
