Voted for the ecoboost also, really just because the motor sounds awesome for what it is!

Tough choice. I went for the Singer 911 for the depths of detail and pure interest value but the noise that C-Type makes under load cloud9

The Caterham one was the best, his sheer enthusiasm made me want a Caterham even more than I did!

I really enjoyed the Ecoboost vid... not just for the car (and the way it sounds.. who'd have thought a three cylinder engine with a grounding in fuel economy could sound so awesome) but just for Harris's clear enjoyment at driving it.

So people aren't allowed to say they enjoy the videos?

We have a tough job here! If we appointed some YTS chump to host mediocre, boring and uneducated videos there would be uproar. Instead we offer quality videos with a well-liked presenter/ journalist and some think that PHers enthusiasm for the content is unwarranted and embarrassing.

I for one am really pleased you like our content, so thank you

Before I saw the short-list it was Mille Miglia or Caterham/Morgan for me.

Vote went Caterham/Morgan, brilliant communication, the fun and enjoyment is tangible, unadulterated and (relatively) achievable.

Chris makes the best motoring videos on the 'net IMO. I don't think its sycophantic to discus and enjoy them.

Agreed. And I find the snide comments by those who seem to want to make fun of us who enthuse over his videos really quite offensive and un-necessary. Would they care to share some of the things they're enthusiastic about, so that we can make derisory comments about them perhaps?

(Also have to give a quick shout to the Motorweek 'RoadKill' videos hosted by two guys from Hotrod Magazine. Really good chemistry like the chaps from Top Gear, and some of them are really good fun.. worth a watch!)

Hard choice as I really enjoyed all of those. Went for the Singer, such retro appeal and the attention to detail is mind-blowing.

The Caterham/Morgan one was just brilliant. It wasn't about the cars, it was about the utter bloody fun of driving.

If anyone ever says "I can't understand what you see in that silly little car" I just point them at that video and reply "This man gets to drive pretty much what he likes, and look at the stupid grin on his face when he is driving two silly little cars. That is what fun looks like."

Hard to choose between the Mille Millia and the Morgan/Caterham. All great vids though.

So the videos have all been put up, PH'ers watch them and vote for their favourite, which is then put up.

Genius. hehe
