I will be coming to the end of my current contract in Dubai within the next 18 months. I intend to bring a supercar into the UK. i have done all my sums on transportation etc. i would like some advice on which vehicle to import. I have a choice of lamborghini Murceilago 2005 / 06. Gallardo 2007 / Ferrari 430./ possibly 599 depending on price. Can any one out there advise which vehicle would be the one to hold its price better and be easier to part exchange up in the UK. It is a requirement that I own the car for a minimum of six months in Dubai(I am a resident) following which it may be imported into the UK tax free if kept in my name for a minimum of 12 months. Cars cost approximately 20 / 30 % lower than the UK for a similar model. All are left hand drive.Any advice on any model?

Are you planning on driving it for a year and then selling it?

Yes , my intention is to own and run the car in the UK and then trade up( hopefully)to a newer right hand drive vehicle.
